Customise your GW Design
The GW custom service enables you to make minor fitting adjustments and colour customisations to our Ready-to- Wear collection. We offer the following options:
- Colour
- Neckline/depth
- Blouse Lengths
- Addition/removal of sleeves/straps
GW Custom Process

To customise a Ready-to-Wear design, simply fill out the 'Customisation Request Form' on the relevant product page or via our Contact Us Form linked below.

We will respond within 24 hours with a quote and a up-to-date time via email. To confirm the Order, we request full payment.

Measurements
Upon receipt of payment, a measurement form, where applicable, will be emailed.
Once the completed form is returned, the lead time will be triggered and production will commence. At this stage, no cancellation/ changes are applicable.
Guidance on how to measure will be provided if needed and we are always happy to jump on a virtual call to guide you through the form.

Lead Times
Leads times range between 4- 6 weeks from when we receive your measurements. This excludes delivery time.
Lead times can vary at any given time. We can offer an express service for those who require this service but cannot guarantee this.
If you require a faster delivery service, before purchasing online, please share your event date/deadline along with your delivery address via email: Contact@gisawlondon.com
We will respond with an up-to-date lead time and we will do our best to prioritise your order where possible.

Delivery
Your delivery address is requested before the Order is confirmed and is factored into the lead time. For UK orders, we allow up to 5 days and up to 22 days for International delivery.
For express orders, we do offer collection inLondon. Please request at Order stage.

Please note all orders must be made in GBP and all custom orders are final and are not applicable for refund/exchange.
