Production typically takes 4–6 weeks for an average garment, though this varies depending on the level of hand embellishment and detailing required. We recommend allowing at least 3 months from enquiry to event date as this gives us time to share swatches, arrange fittings, and ensure every detail is right.

As a made-to-order house, our calendar fills quickly, particularly during bridal season (March–September). We recommend booking your consultation as early as possible and as soon as you book your wedding date.
Yes. While our showroom is based in London, we regularly work with clients internationally via video consultations, with measurements and swatches sent by post.
Yes, once we understand your vision, we'll share relevant swatches and reference images so you can see and feel the quality before any final decisions are made.
