We only accept returns on domestic orders (UK). We do not offer exchanges. Currently, we do not offer a refund for International Orders. International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.
We are happy to offer a Refund if the item(s) is sent back to us within a 14-day period from the date the parcel is received by you, the Customer.
To be eligible for an Refund, the garment must be unworn and sent back in its original condition and packaging with all tags in tact. Please take extra care when trying on your Outfit as we cannot accept a return for an item that is marked with makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks or a scent to a garment etc. Each garment goes through quality control twice before posting to you with documented images. If items are returned back to us in a worn or marked condition we will reserve the right to refuse the refund and the goods will be returned back to you, the Customer.
To activate your Refund, please email us referencing your Order number firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also send a brief reason as to why you would like to return your product, this is to help us learn how better we can improve our clothing for you.
Once your return is received and inspected we will inform you of the next steps. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method or via store credit.
There will be strictly no refunds on orders placed that require a 'Made to Measure' service.
The return postage cost will be the customer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed by us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if your Order totals a substantial amount.
