Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-2 working days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

If you need your item(s) sooner, please add notes at the check out stage/ feel free to email us directly on contact@gisawlondon.com and we will do our best whenever possible. 

Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please note that international shipments typically arrive within 20 days, however, can be subject to delay, dependent on the carrier. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. GISAW London is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.   

How much are Duties & Customs?  

The prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties. We are not responsible for any duties that you may incur.

Do you offer returns/ exchanges on International Orders?

Currently, all International orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. GISAW London is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
